April has over 15 years of experience in Michigan's real estate markets and believes in a customizable experience. Recognizing the needs of her clients lead her to start Align Realty. April is a Michigan native, born here, graduated from Central Michigan University, taught at Michigan colleges, and continues to raise a family here. Not to mention numerous personal transactions, April currently resides in Livingston County with her husband, 5 kids, and a small hobby farm on 6 acres. She has created her entire life here and it's no wonder April has the passion for helping you find a place to call your own in Pure Michigan. April's experience extends far beyond residential real estate, as she has made a name for herself in the property management world. This experience includes management of a variety of asset types. She has an extensive history working with Special Servicers, Lenders, Asset Managers, Receivers, and other real estate professionals outside of the residential stratum. This work in the commercial sector has allowed for a unique understanding of the legal contracts, the lending side and/or financing, and recognition of repairs and maintenance requirements, in addition to the costs associated with these needs. April also has an extraordinary ability to recognize value add and the potential for a higher return on investment. Her distinctive perspective has allowed her clients to make informed decisions on short term and long term investments.

Historically, April has been the go-to for first time home buyers. She enjoys assisting those navigating uncharted waters. She has many contacts to help with financing advice, inspections or appraisals, etc. As an innate teacher April enjoys the educational aspect of a home buyers first steps into the process, making lifelong educated buyers and sellers. April's skill set extends beyond a buyer's agent as she has an extensive history as a seller's agent as well. Andrea was born and raised in Lansing, MI. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors in Family Community Services. As a lifelong resident of Ingham County, Andrea takes great pride in being a Michigander. From enjoying the pristine views from the beaches of Lake Michigan to hiking hidden trails, there is no other place she’d rather call home.

Ms. Bailey began her professional work in housing almost six years ago while employed for HUDs Low-Income Public Housing program. During this time, she worked her way up from Assistant Asset Manager to Assistant Executive Director of Operations. She successfully managed over 200 townhomes, duplexes, and single-family homes in the Lansing area. While working side by side with families, she recognized a common theme: residents possessed limited resources and knowledge surrounding homeownership. Andrea soon made it her mission to improve this and began sharing resources to anyone who expressed interest in owning a home.

Andrea has a firm belief that affordable housing should be available to every person, regardless of socioeconomic status. As a REALTOR®, her goal is to assist in educate and guide first time homebuyers through the homeownership process with our partners.
